Who we are

Pia is a social media scheduler built around a simple idea: posting should be affordable, straightforward, and unlimited. There are no subscriptions or feature tiers. You pay per post, and everything else is included.

We're a small team at an early stage, which means things move quickly. There aren't layers of process between an idea and shipping it. If you build something, there's a good chance real users will be using it shortly after.

How we work

We like keeping things lean. Decisions happen quickly, feedback comes directly from users, and we ship regularly.

Our stack is modern by design, with Next.js and Supabase at the heart of the product. If you enjoy working with current web technologies and seeing your work in production soon after you build it, you'll probably enjoy working here.

Who we're looking for

Right now, we're mostly software engineers who like owning things end to end from the data model all the way to the UI. We'd rather ship something useful today and improve it along the way than spend months trying to make it perfect before anyone sees it.

At this stage, roles aren't rigidly defined. If you're interested in what we're building and have an idea of where you could contribute, we'd like to hear from you. You don't need to tick every box.
